A different view of Down syndrome in Tajikistan

Nazari Digar stands with people with Down syndrome and their families in Tajikistan, so that every person is seen for who they are and has the chance to learn, belong and thrive.

Who we are

Seeing ability first

In Tajik, Nazari Digar means “a different view.” That is what we work toward: a society that looks at a person with Down syndrome and sees ability, personality and potential.

We are a charitable organization registered in the United States. We connect supporters here with families in Tajikistan, where services and public understanding for people with Down syndrome are still limited.

  • Registered 501(c)(3) public charity in the United States
  • Focused on people with Down syndrome and their families in Tajikistan
  • Guided by the families and communities we serve
